Nail Services

This is a booked lab, not a maybe. Cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or do not show up, that's a 50% fee. No exceptions, no excuses. Glaze time is prime time-- respect it or lose it.

Shipping Policy

Orders ship within 14–28 business days.

Tracking numbers are provided once your order has been processed.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We will send a replacement or process a refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After that window, cancellations are not guaranteed due to order processing.
