Nail Services:

This is a booked lab, not a maybe. Cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or do not show up, that's a 50% fee. No exceptions, no excuses.
Glaze time is prime time-- respect it or lose it 

Shipping Policy

  • Orders ship within 14–28 business days.

  • Tracking numbers are provided once your order has been processed.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • We will send a replacement or process a refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After that window, cancellations are not guaranteed due to order processing.
